Which training is the best fit for my organizational issue?

In consultation, we identify issues and challenges that are pressing in your organization and determine what training or training sessions to offer for your team.

What is the cost of training?

Depending on the type of training a training costs between 1000,- and 1950,- euro excluding VAT. If you purchase more than one training it is possible to get a discount.

Where do training sessions take place?

Training can always take place in-company, i.e. at your organization's location. If you wish to choose your own location outside your workplace, we will be happy to visit you there as well. If this is not possible or not desirable, we always have our own beautiful, central location at the Prins Hendrikkade in Amsterdam. If desired, online is also possible.

What is Bildung?

Bildung is actively, consciously, and ethically relating to your inner self, others, and the world. It represents the ideal that people develop themselves as broadly and fully as possible and take on social responsibility.

We have been inspired by the ideas of classic bildungsdenkers such as Wilhelm von Humboldt (1767 - 1835) and Theodor Adorno (1903-1969), but also by contemporary thinkers such as Gert Biesta, Martha Nussbaum and Roman Krznaric.

Can I combine training with coaching?

This is indeed quite possible. This allows lessons learned from the trainings to land well in the functioning of your professionals.

What is the duration of a training course?

Trainings last between 2 and 3.5 hours. This can be arranged by mutual agreement.

What happens after the collaboration?

We invite organizations with whom we collaborate to The Bildung Network. A collective of people and organizations with the will to be socially responsible in connection with themselves and others. Together we build the university of the 21st century: representing the ideal of education, learning & development.

The Bildung Network means for your organization, among other things:

De Bildung Academie develops programs and offers training, coaching and consulting around personal-professional development and social responsibility. 

In our ideal world, we bring as many people as possible into contact with themselves and connect them with others. As a collective, they tackle personal and societal challenges.
