We supervise the (continued) development of training programs. Here we can take the role of process supervisor: we coordinate and facilitate the entire development process. From the earliest program idea to the first day. Alternatively, we can join as a member of the development team, contributing our knowledge and experience.
- Executor& Evaluator】.
We supervise the (continued) development of training programs and implement them. Organizations purchase the intended program from us. For this we have an already proven and existing offer or we can develop a new program.

What can you expect from us?
Innovative methods
We flesh out and stretch all the dimensions of good education. We formulate learning objectives at the cutting edge, use innovative forms of work (ever heard of the Risky Experiment, the Digital Detox or Pain Bank lectures?) and develop matching forms of testing and assessment.
Bottom-up
Working together with the target group is central to us: not just with occasional sounding board groups, but in bottom-up building processes. In this way, we not only hear what target group wants, but co-create the program with them for whom it is intended.
Experts from various fields
In our programs we involve experts from different fields such as art, science, business or sports. On Monday a lecture on the theory behind transition processes, on Friday on boot camp with the Dutch army to push individual and collective boundaries. In this way we go beyond the traditional boundaries of education.
Strategic embedding
We always develop programs with an eye for the broad organizational context of your organization: from strategic goals and to stakeholder integration and sustainable financial bedding.

What are your rates?
The Bildung Academy realizes programs of varying size and intensity. Together we look at what is possible within your available budget. We work with a fixed price or hourly rate. The rate we determine together depending on the complexity, size and duration of the development and implementation process.
How long does it take to develop a program?
Our program makers, trainers and teachers are quick to change gears. They are involved in long-term development projects as well as programs that (must) be developed at short notice and sometimes under high pressure.

What is The Bildung Academy?
De Bildung Academie develops programs and offers training, coaching and consulting around personal-professional development and social responsibility.
In our ideal world, we bring as many people as possible into contact with themselves and connect them with others. As a collective, they tackle personal and societal challenges.
That is why we are building the university of the 21st century. We do this together with The Bildung Network: a community consisting of new generations of students and (young) professionals, teachers, artists, scientists and organizations within the public sector, education and sustainable business.
What audiences do you develop and run programs for?
Based on our knowledge and experience, we help with the (further) development of courses, learning paths, and traineeships for young people, young professionals, teachers and trainers. We do this within existing education (accredited and non-accredited), for business and government.
What approaches and methods do you use?
We start with a one-time starting session in which we inspire and identify the right starting question and goals together. The starting session can be used for a Bildung zero measurement: together we look at where you are now and what is needed.
In the development process we use the Bildung Development tool: an instrument with which we determine together the main Bildung opportunities, challenges and next steps. Our programs are evaluated above average by participants and teachers.
The content of programs developed with us is characterized by targeted interventions and activating methods such as Theory U, Socratic Dialogue and Design Thinking.

What is Bildung?
Bildung is actively, consciously, and ethically relating to your inner self, others, and the world. It represents the ideal that people develop themselves as broadly and fully as possible and take on social responsibility.
We have been inspired by the ideas of classic bildungsdenkers such as Wilhelm von Humboldt (1767 - 1835) and Theodor Adorno (1903-1969), but also by contemporary thinkers such as Gert Biesta, Martha Nussbaum and Roman Krznaric.
