How we work

Personalized coaching program

Start: need and relationship

Together with you, the coachee, we identify personal learning goals, questions and development points. During the process you are given the space to steer yourself.

Works

Using various forms of work such as socratic dialogue, dynamic judgment and "risky experiments," we shape the course.

Structural meeting

A program takes an average of six to nine months to complete. One to two one-hour sessions take place each month: online and in person.

End: personal development as an ongoing process

We strive for personal development that is lasting, and we work with you to find the balance between deep reflection and concrete changes in attitude and behavior.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does coaching cost?

Coaching costs between 500,- euro and 3000,- euro excluding VAT, depending on the route we choose.

Where does the coaching take place?

A coaching program can be online, physical (within the Randstad area) or blended. In terms of location, we can also consider a match in terms of coach.

How many coaching sessions do I need?

This depends on your coaching questions. In the first conversation - the intake conversation - together with your coach you will draw up a number of coaching questions to give the program a clear direction. At the end of this conversation you and your coach agree on what you think is an adequate number of coaching sessions.

What is Bildung?

Bildung is actively, consciously, and ethically relating to your inner self, others, and the world. It represents the ideal that people develop themselves as broadly and fully as possible and take on social responsibility.

We have been inspired by the ideas of classic bildungsdenkers such as Wilhelm von Humboldt (1767 - 1835) and Theodor Adorno (1903-1969), but also by contemporary thinkers such as Gert Biesta, Martha Nussbaum and Roman Krznaric.

There are often opportunities to have this paid for by your employer. We can help you with that, feel free to get in touch and have a casual sparring session with us.

Which coach will I get?

We base the match between you and your coach on your development questions and background. Possibly, depending on the specific trajectory, you can also get a second coach to jump in at certain moments.

What happens after the coaching?

After following a coaching program, we invite you to join The Bildung Network. A collective of people and organizations with the will to be socially responsible in connection with themselves and others. Together we are building the university of the 21st century: the ideal of education, learning & development.

The Bildung Network offers you:
