The role
As an Advisor and Project Leader of Citizenship and Bildung, you will be responsible for:
● initiating and developing new programs in the field of citizenship, society and Bildung for MBO, HBO and WO;
● advising educational institutions and other social partners on formation and citizenship development: content, methodology, implementation;
● Building and maintaining partnerships with schools (such as Hogeschool van Amsterdam), governments (Ministry of OC&W), civil society organizations (such as youth organizations in Eindhoven) and other relevant stakeholders (such as FC Emmen's youth academy and the Police Academy);
● coordination of programs building on our program such as Ambassadors of Amsterdam and Stadmakers Eindhoven: from concept development to implementation, monitoring, administration and evaluation;
● Contribute to the further development of the Bildung portfolio within the Academy, and strengthen our profile in the field of citizenship in education;
Connecting content expertise with practical application, methodical thinking and translation to the educational context.
Who are we looking for?
You recognize yourself in the following profile:
● You have demonstrable experience in program development, consulting or coordination within the education (especially mbo/hbo/wo) or social sector;
● You have substantive knowledge and passion in the field of citizenship, personal and social education (Bildung): you can think about methodologies, forms of work and didactic translation and have experience in their implementation;
● You are a connecting person: you easily make contact, build relationships with diverse stakeholders and know how to establish collaborations (whether or not stemming from existing networks);
● you have organizational talent: you can set up programs from A to Z and also direct implementation, partners and content;
● You are proactive, creative and enterprising: you see opportunities, participate in development and know how to realize innovation;
● You have an affinity with the target groups (youth, (young) professionals, educational institutions) and feel at home in the dynamics of education and social issues;
● You are available for (at least) 24 hours per week and preferably have a place of residence in or around the Randstad: physical proximity is convenient for consultation and cooperation.
● You are good at organizing your own work and you easily connect with your teammates while being in touch with yourself.
What do we offer?

● Market-based employment conditions (salary indication on full-time basis (40 hours) between € 4000 - 5000 gross per month, depending on experience, expertise, proven business development skills and bringing in collaborations.
