I guide, support and inspire as a Bildungcoach

I am a coach of the new batch starting in September '23. I am by nature very intuitive which allows me to assess what coachees need and where I can help them grow in their own development. I do this by showing them that they matter. That they have the right to occupy their own space and so get the best out of themselves. I guide, support, inspire and nurture with knowledge and skills.

Inclusion and diversity manager and consultant in my own company

Originally, I am a journalist. Meanwhile, I am an Inclusion and diversity manager, trainer, coach and consultant in my own company the Inclusion Factory. I regularly coach youth projects or components within a training program on project-based work.
