Arabella Meyer

Creating space for deepening, development and renewal; both personally and socially

While Arabella completes her studies in Industrial Design Engineering part-time at Eindhoven University of Technology, she is increasingly focusing on the themes that really matter to her: meaning and personal development.

She does this by working as a project coordinator for the Bildung leadership project StadsMakers in Eindhoven, in which young people work on their personal and social development. In addition to her role as project coordinator, she trains and coaches participants in Design Thinking.

Arabella as a trainer and coach: the power of vulnerability, finding peace in busyness and making choices and gratitude.

Arabella has completed a trainer degree and provides training to students and young professionals on topics such as the power of vulnerability, finding peace in busyness, making choices and gratitude.

Finally, she is a co-organizer of meditations, workshops and retreats. With these activities she tries to create an inspiring and safe place for people to engage in their personal development and spirituality.
